Fantazia Events Management was established in Abu Dhabi with a singular conviction: that the UAE deserved an events and AV production company built to the absolute highest standard — one that could serve government institutions, global corporations, and discerning private clients with equal precision and creativity.
What began as a specialist AV production outfit has grown into one of the UAE's most comprehensive event management companies — with a fully owned equipment fleet, an experienced in-house team, and a client roster that includes federal government entities, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, and the UAE's most iconic brands.

Our Journey
Fifteen Years of
Defining the Standard
Established by Alaa Abu Eida with a founding team of AV specialists, Fantazia opens its first Abu Dhabi facility with an initial inventory of professional lighting and audio equipment.
Fantazia delivers its first UAE government event — a milestone that sets the trajectory of the company and establishes the protocols and standards that still define our approach today.
Major investment in LED display technology — one of the first companies in Abu Dhabi to maintain a full in-house inventory of modular video walls and large-format LED screen systems.
Fantazia is selected to produce the closing ceremony AV production for the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award — the beginning of a long-standing relationship with UAE institutional clients at the highest level.
Fantazia launches its Innovation Experiences division, adding drone light shows, holographic solutions, volumetric LED displays, and sliding screen technology to the company's capabilities.
Fantazia achieves In-Country Value (ICV) certification and surpasses 50 active major clients — including federal ministries, sovereign wealth funds, and leading multinational corporations.
With over 500 events successfully delivered and no end to our ambition, Fantazia continues to invest in equipment, talent, and technology to serve the evolving needs of the UAE's events market.

Pre-Production & Rehearsal
We conduct full technical rehearsals and site surveys before your first guest arrives. Nothing is assumed. Everything is tested.
Live Execution
Our on-site technical team manages every element in real time — adapting instantly to changes while maintaining complete technical integrity throughout the event.
Post-Event & Debrief
Professional breakdown, site restoration, and a full post-event report for clients who require it. We close every project with the same care we opened it.

ICV Certified
Fantazia holds In-Country Value (ICV) certification — the UAE government's national content standard, required for most federal and emirate-level procurement contracts. We are fully compliant and audited.
UAE Trade Licensed
Fully licensed events management and equipment rental company registered in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All regulatory, health and safety, and municipal event permits managed in-house.
Government Vendor Registered
Registered as an approved vendor with multiple UAE federal and emirate-level government entities — enabling direct contracting without the delays of new supplier onboarding.
